ADMINISTRATIVE ARCHITECT
You are the spider in the web that ensures that all our processes run smoothly and efficiently, from supplier management, bookkeeping, orders, invoice payments and a bit of HR.
Job description
You will be responsible for a wide range of administrative tasks that are crucial to our operations. For example, you will collect and send orders to our suppliers, update the accounting and ensure the payment of invoices. You will also do part of the payroll administration. Your accuracy and organizational skills ensure that our restaurant functions efficiently and our employees and suppliers are satisfied.
Responsibilities
Accurately update financial data, including income, expenses, and other accounting items.
Supplier administration, you keep an overview of the orders.
Processing payroll administration and ensuring timely and correct payment of salaries to staff.
Performing various administrative tasks necessary for the daily operations of the restaurant.
Qualifications
You have experience in a similar administrative role. Preferably in the hospitality industry or a related sector.
You have strong organizational skills.
Accuracy and attention to detail when processing information.
Strong oral and written communication skills.
Knowledge of accounting software.
