Restaurant Noos is located in the iconic Arsenaalgebouw, a historic building that was completed in 1839 and originally served as a military barracks. This building played an important role in the defense of Terneuzen, a city with strategic importance because of its access to the Western Scheldt. After years of various functions, the Arsenaal is now being revived as a vibrant meeting place.
